Customer service is increasingly becoming the cornerstone of building a business and positive relationships. In order to provide superior customer service our team members will make every effort to be accessible, from the site foreman to the estimator, to the project manger, and to our Owner. We will be responsive to our client inquires and needs, solving problems and completing the job on time.
We have found that jobs are built quicker and to a higher standard when all of the players are working on the same team toward a common goal. We hope every client feels as through we are working with them and not just for them. JOSH PEDRICK - President/CEO
Josh began his career at a very young age, working his way up through the business. He held a wide range of positions including field technician, heavy equipment operator, crew foreman, site supervisor, estimator, and project manager providing experience across the entire spectrum of the site development business. The expertise he obtained has enabled Josh to better understand what will and won’t work when it comes to building and growing a new company. He takes great pride in his ability to lead and motivate the crews in a positive environment. His impact on clients is evident by the vast majority of them being repeat customers.
Josh’s main responsibility is to steer and grow Pedrick Sitework Contractors while maintaining the company philosophies and goals. He has taken to task putting together a dependable staff, who exhibit the skills and expertise necessary to get the job done. He has also implemented programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that the jobs are completed safely and successfully.
Josh strongly believes in leading by example. It is a priority for him to establish a presence on each and every job for both the employees and the client. He also provides input from an administrative standpoint by reviewing proposals, assisting with project management and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
