We are in constant contact with architects, engineers and municpal authorities allowing us to anticpate costs that may not be apparent to every developer. Our library and knowledge of local building/zoning codes is constantly being updated. We will work closely with the client throughout the bidding process to ensure that we provide a scope of work that meets their needs.

A customized bidding system individually creates every unit price specific to the job at hand resulting in a dynamic proposal taylored to each project. We can produce multiple estimates quickly to identify the most effective construction approach. Every proposal is reviewed by an assigned project team consisting of the estimator, project manager, site forman and our owner.

It is the manager's job to ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner, submittals are processed quickly, schedules are maintained, and field change orders are responded to promptly.
It is our goal to have this representative support our team and the client throughout the entire project. It has been our experience that this overhead expense pays for itself mitigating potential issues and making sure everyone's best interests are being protected.
